I have spoken to countless recruiters. Especially the ones from staffing firm, consumed so much of my time and delivered no results whatsoever. When I first spoke with Dan, I was expecting whole lot of discussion to go through each and every detail that I have already submitted in my application but it was not the case. He was to the point, asked the relevant questions and had already done his homework so I did not have to go through every thing all over again. He helped me prep for interview, gave me needed advices and followed through after the interview with the hiring manager. I am waiting to hear from the hiring manager now. Overall he is one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with.
