About CJ Eiban:

CJ and I started working together last year when I was at Pike engineering. I probably interviewed 100 candidates before CJ came along. We ended up hiring one of his first three candidates and probably could have hired all of them. Pike was tough to get people hired. CJ and I became really good friends through the process. In fact, he was a groomsman in my wedding last month. CJ takes his job seriously and really does care for his candidates. Hell of a guy!
