CJ contacted me after I responded to a job posting and he asked relevant questions about my experience and skills to verify I was a good fit for the role. He also described the opportunity and what the company was looking for and gave me a timeline on the process. CJ submitted me to the client and highlighted my experience in relation to what they needed and I was able to secure an interview. I have not had the interview yet but it is in the process of being scheduled and the turnaround time has been very quick.
