Kristy was very quick in her response time to me and made herself available the next day to have a conversation about the position opening. She was personable and easy to talk to. Even though she was going out of town, she provided clarity on who would be supporting her in her absence and assured me that I would be well taken care of. Her colleague Alia was available to help with any questions, by phone or texting which was very useful when I was occupied in work meetings.
