CJ connected with me as a potential candidate over a year ago and stayed in contact with me though I was not actively looking at the time. He goes above and beyond to build true genuine relationships with his candidates during their journey versus just trying to get a commission from placing them at a client. For example, I ended up applying to a role on my own and he coached and advised me through the hiring process even though he was not representing me. He isn't your typical recruiter that sends annoying LinkedIn messages for roles that you are obviously way over qualified for and would not be interested in.
