About RJ Bell:

RJ Bell is our recruiter and he has, in a word, been effective. RJ is a pleasure to work with, seeks to understand not just the role but the culture of our firm and how to strike a balance between skill and values alignment. He has proven himself to be unafraid to find candidates for any role and our team has reaped the benefits of that approach. We are a better team and have been able to achieve some of our biggest people-focused goals because of RJ's partnership.
