About James Lynch:

I was originally contacted by another individual at AB Staffing regarding this position. After setting things in motion, my contact abruptly ended our communications, and I spent over a month waiting for next steps in the contract negotiations. After my last communique with this individual, my messages were relayed to James and he stepped in to take over the placement process. James was honest and upfront about his lack of familiarity with my circumstances but very clear in his approach to this 'new' contract. As such, James stepped in and saw the time delay in my placement and quickly began looking for other potential venues for me. James did not let the process fade away but stepped up and, through his diligence and perseverance, had me successfully placed here in a timely manner. He has been a great contact and close associate with all my dealings from the outset and I have the utmost respect for him.
