Sean took time to explain to me the steps in the credentialing process, giving me a heads up on the most time sensitive tasks to address first. He was very helpful
At this time no negative feedback or criticism. Kamaria was very delightful without being pushy or aggressive. Unfortunately, assignment that I was being credentialed for was cancelled a few days before I was set to take my trip. There was clearly nothing she could have done about that. However, I think companies shouldn't tolerate facilities pulling the rug from nurses. She is actively working on something new for me. So again very delightful person to work with.
Ryan was respectful and professional during the process. I appreciated his willingness to work with me and understand my situation which was not the norm.
My suggestion would be to have the recruiter be the one that starts the process and carries it through to the final stage.
Example: in banking there is a personal banker who handles the clients complete portfolio. The client works with just that individual (the personal banker or recruiter, as is, in this case); all correspondence, emails, phone calls. This process was called One Bankism, aka private client banking, as it is known today.
Instead of having multiple emails from multiple individuals throughout the onboarding process.
It’s important to note expediting the process once an offer is made carries with it a “tyranny of the urgent”. Working with one individual throughout the process could be beneficial not only to the client but the recruiter and company as well.
Thank you Ryan for all of your time, your ability to be flexible and work with me, especially with the housing piece.
The opportunity was one to serve the Navajo IHS population, which holds a true honor and is most rewarding.
