Hello! My name is Brooke, and I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I attended the University of Arizona and earned my Bachelors of Science with an emphasis in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping others. I have recently moved up to Phoenix, Arizona where I live with my orange tabby cat named Simba.
