I think Sahailie was very personable and kind during the interview and onboarding process. She tried to advocate for me in regards to my needs and was even able to have me switched to day shift after speaking with the hospital. She has been very communicative and supportive. I have had some recruiters ignore me or be terrible about getting back to me when I have questions but never had that issue with her.

I am a pre-COVID traveler. I make that distinction because many of today's travelers have begun post covid basically because of the increase in financial gains due to COVID. I got into travel nursing as a career because this is what I wanted to do before even completing nursing school. I have completed approx. 11 contracts with 9 different agencies, hence 9 different recruiters. Shailie ranks in the top 2 of these 9 different recruiters. I know the business better than most recruiters, agencies, and other nurses, so trust me when I say that Shailie's approach to handling a travel nurse is unparalleled in this industry and that she has a great future ahead of her. Thank you for all your hard work. Sahailie goes beyond just business as usual. I have never in my career spoken to a recruiter after hours more than her, and that's dedication to the NURSE, the workhorse of the profits that agencies acquire, and that gets maximum respect from me!

Sahailie has been very kind, personable and helpful every step of the way! I had a rough experience with my last agency after 9 years of working for them off and on. That experience really deterred me from signing on with an agency again, even others I had worked with previously. Sahailie has a spirit that made me feel comfortable and excited about the possibility of getting back to “travel” nursing. She knew I wanted day shifts more than nights staying close to home and contacted me the second something opened! She got the ball rolling and got the interview and offer all within less than a week! I am extremely thankful for a great recruiter and HR as well for working with me as I experience some unforeseen delays during onboarding due to some health issues that need addressed. As a nurse, it’s never easy to accept that you’re the one that needs medical attention and having it impact your career in any way is quite defeating. I can’t thank them enough for working with me through all of this! It makes life A LOT less stressful knowing you have a team that actually cares and is there every step of the way!
