Sophie is a credit to the company as a manager myself we are looking for our staff to be calm confident and know the job. Sophie was all of these and more she took the time to ask me what I needed and asked me why I was looking to take a huge pay cut and return to Scotland. She didn’t get to personal was very clear with the job she was telling me about and tried to advise me on the best way to set up my CV for the job I have applied for. She was very enthusiastic about her job and that comes across when she speaks which is a credit to her and her management team for giving her a work environment to express and be happy.
