I was coming close to the end of my internship and what unsure about what was next. I was eventually going to reach out to someone, but somehow Jay read my mind. He reached out to me asking what my situation was and asked if I wanted to meet. I met with him to which he heard my situation and offered me guidance. It was nice to have someone listen to your plans and aspirations and provide feedback on how you can actually achieve those goals. After our meeting he said he will reach out to me again to check in, but if I needed him anytime he would make sometime available. And he did indeed follow up.
