About Penny Robbins:

She didn't act like a robot or bored out of her mind like a lot of trainers do during orientation, she actually made it interesting and fun, she was also quick to answer any questions that people had and made sure they had a clear picture before moving on. She actually brought humor into the training which made it a lot more relaxing and less monotonous.
