Honestly this was actually super easy for me. I responded to an ad for a job, Eva reached out via text (which I appreciate, because I don't always answer my phone for unknown numbers) and we set something up for the very next day. I had an interview with this company the following day, and an offer by the end of that business day. Negotiations took a couple more days, but within a week and a half I went from application to starting a new job. I've been out of work for 11 months, and extremely frustrated, so having this happen so quickly was delightful.
