Jordan is so friendly. Best recruiter Ive worked with since starting my journey as a travel nurse. He is a hard worker and expects the same from his staff but will support you anyway he can. He will sit back and laugh with you too, tell a joke or send a silly text to brighten your day. Always offers the best pay packages upfront so you never have to feel like you're wheeling and dealing with a shark. Great guy, great boss!

About Jordan Tallman:

I was out on a contract in Conrad MT when I found out about my cancer. Jordan then told me to drop the contract and he would take care of that part. Jordan continued to check on me during my time at the cancer institute. We would check in with each other often. Jordan then told me when I was ready to get back to work he would always have a place for me with Wayward Staffing. In my opinion Jordan is more than a recruiter he is someone I call a true friend.
