Though I have not often had a need to work with a recruiter, when you need one, you need THE BEST ONE! From initial contact through the information gathering process and on into the interview phase, Laura was always on top of the situation. She not only made the process easy, but also ensured it was comprehensively done. She made herself available to me whenever necessary. Her upbeat manner and professionalism made the potentially "anxiety-inducing" process much easier to deal with. It is obvious to me that she possesses a great deal of empathy and sincerity, both of which are crucial in a situation where trust is an absolute necessity.
