Contacts emails without reading resumes or profiles - Contacted me about a job in Detroit - that the client says it is remote - my resume is clear that I live in Atlanta and now he is saying client wants people from Detroit first. Then wait until you exhaust efforts there before contacting people outside the area. Just lazy.
