Laura listened, which unfortunately seems to be a lost skill these days. As a senior candidate with 40+ years of experience in IT, I get highly frustrated with call center recruiters who do nothing more than Ctrl + F key word or acronym searches . . . and they can't even tell you what the acronyms stand for. Laura's own experience in IT allows her to present truly qualified candidates to her clients - the "value add" that was once upon a time expected when engaging with a recruiter.
