Since our initial interaction via phone in 2023, Mr. Jude has always exhibited professionalism, kindness, support, and a strong knowledge base regarding the contract at hand. Mr. Jude has went above and beyond as far as being a person of understanding, an active listener, and prompt regarding any issues/concerns of mine.
