Jude is genuine in care and support! Jude knows when to be personable and professional and persons he is working with can be assured he is capable to provide needed encouraging words through out hiring ,while working , or any need imaginable that he can help or direct to needed resource/staff for. Awesome with coordination within company and renewal processes. There were definitely times while navigating this difficult corrections field where Jude’s listening ear provided needed acknowledgement/validation to the difficulty and fast paced environment of the job.
