I personally have never worked with a staffing agency for this type of job before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the process. However, Phil took the time to explain everything to me step by step and made sure I fully understood how everything worked. He was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience, which really helped ease my nerves.
