When I need a question answered, he answers. If he does not know, he contacts other and gives me an answer.
My concern is that I do not want to bother him or Allison. Which Allison has been great as well!
In this contract, there are a lot of complaints from other contract workers. In my experience, they are what makes this contract so difficult. This is a disadvantage to me because as they complain it becomes more challenging. I WANT THEM TO STOP.
As far as Viemed as a whole, my experiences have been Good.
I just do not want the difficult ones to make it difficult for the non-complainers. Get rid of them.
This is a contract with the State of Ms. It is what it is. They need to learn to roll with the punches or leave. The supervisors I have experienced have been great. You took on a job, DO YOUR JOB!
