Katie is absolutely wonderful and I always felt I was in great hands with her while I was on my assignment. If I had any concerns or questions, I could depend on her to get back to me immediately. She proactively let me know when she would be away and provided me with information on who to contact. I have been intermittently traveling with different companies since 2009 and am well aware that the relationship with a recruiter can make or break an assignment. About Sydnie Ward:

Sydnie is amazing as a recruiter but even more so as a person. Here is just 1 example. She literally stayed on the phone with me for about 6 hours while I drove home in severe storms when my grandson died... The morning my contract started. Sydnie arranged everything for my work and I started two weeks later. She checked on me regularly while I was off work. She and TRS both went above and beyond my expectations... several times. Sydnie has been much more than a recruiter has to be. She is a kind, loving, thoughtful, professional young lady that I now consider a friend.
