Blaze has been an amazing asset to my travel career for the just 5 years. I followed her from cross country and never looked back. She goes above and beyond in every single way. Most important to me is that she listens and communicates better than most. I couldn't imagine a better recruiter even if I tried. I love her as my recruiter and a true friend. About Blaze Grooms:

The first time I talked to Blaze, I had already signed a contract with another company, and she listened to me and actually took notes on the things that I wanted and what was important to me. The next time we spoke 3 months later at the end of the contract, she reminded me of many of the things we had talked about and I was really impressed by that. When there was a last-minute cancellation on a contract I had signed she said “oh that’s not how we do things here. I’m gonna have you another contract by tomorrow!” and she did ! She is excellent. She is responsive, and I love her excitement for her job, and for the excitement that she has for the people who she is finding jobs for.
