Melodie has been a great recruiter, she listens to my wants and needs for travel nurse positions and gives me lots of options. She is very good at having answers to questions about specific jobs, facilities, cities, and details of the specific facilities ratios and nurse satisfaction at facilities. She cares about not only my career and finding the best fit for me in contracts but also balancing work and home life while travel nursing.
