Tracy is beautiful, super sweet, genuinely cares about her nurses. She has always kept in close touch with me and follow through every opportunity that has come my way. And travel nursing things may not work out exactly right at first but Tracy never lets that stop her from finding any nurse the right job. She will follow through and continue to look until something matches and she goes above and beyond to make sure her nurses are working. I love just talking to Tracy she has a genuine heart for people. She's a great listener. She has always understood when I need breaks or when I need changes and where I'm at. I just love Tracy I recommend her above anyone else!

About Tracy Porter:

Tracy is such an awesome recruiter. She’s reliable, communicative, and I know she has my back. Even when I’m not on contract, Tracy is wonderful about texting and calling just to check in and say hi. I feel that Tracy has my best interest in mind when we start applying for hospitals. She shares information and feedback from other nurses about the hospitals I’m applying to, so we can decide if it’ll be a good fit for us both. I feel that I can call Tracy about anything and she would assist me through it. Tracy is worth her weight in gold as a recruiter.
