I was a former "employee" of TriStarr and was placed at the Lancaster County Housing Authority for over a year. Prior to that I was at Charter Homes for a few months. At that timeI I'd just arrived in Lancaster County and was lucky enough to choose Tristarr for my job search. After being let go at Interiors home recently I thought of Tristarr right away. About Kristina Cordova:

Having been previously employed with the same employer for 33 years I was completely unsure what to expect with an interview relating to potential employment. Needless to say, I was nervous going into the (video) interview. That said, Kristina was a pleasure to work with. She was direct, personable, professional, allowed me to ask questions, admitted when she didn't know an answer, took our interview in places it needed to go, and most of all kind.
