From our initial conversation, it was clear that Pete had a deep understanding of the IC packaging industry and the specific skills required for the roles I was interested in. Throughout the process, Pete was incredibly responsive and provided valuable insights into the companies and positions they were recruiting for. What stood out the most was Pete's dedication to my success in securing an offer. They offered valuable advice on how to move forward during the interview process. Their support didn't end once I received an offer; they continued to check in and provide guidance as I navigated the decision-making process. Overall, I highly recommend Pete to anyone seeking a technical recruiter who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in their candidates' success.
