I've been working with Kyle for some time now. He understands my career goals, strengths (and limitations) and has consistently presented opportunities that showed promise, both for myself and for Triple Crown. Kyle understands his clients needs well. This enables him to best match a prospective placement to ensure all parties get a win. I've had a great amount of experience these last five years with "potential" representation. There seem to be dozens of of job search agencies and hundreds of people cold calling me with opportunities. Most have not seen or read my resume. What makes Triple Crown stand out is how the TC team contrasts to the "people mover" mill. Kyle is a huge asset, in my opinion.
