Jack is a rare and outstanding recruiter. For the past 8 months we have been in contact nearly every week, sometimes multiple times. He has submitted my resume for many opportunities usually several per month. Many have resulted in 1st and or 2nd interviews, unfortunately we just didn't get the offer. The important point is that Jack was always very positive with me and most importantly very honest. If we did not here from someone, he let me know why. If he was unavailable he quickly texted or let me know. If we hadn't heard on something he reached out and got an answer. I felt that amongst the almost 20 recruiters that I have talked with over these 8 months, that Jack was one of only a few that actually showed he cared about my well being and how I was doing, that is rare among a group that just gets paid to fill positions. That is the type of person that should be in these positions and I know when I am looking again in 6 months, Jack will be right there beside me, helping with that search. Thank you Jack.
