Cesar was there every step of the way for my onboarding to my current job. If he wasn't in the office, he let me know ahead of time and had his crack team assisting me as well. I have contracted since 1998 and have dealt with a lot of agents and agencies. I appreciated Cesar's demeanor, his understanding that "life" can get in the way of process (ex: I've had 3 12" snow blizzards, got off a contract at Gen Dynamics, all while trying to find job with Triple Crown).
