Vincent is top notch. Professional, persistent, personable, hardworking, maintains good communication, even while I am currently employed. He doesn't just present opportunities and run, he develops friendly relationships with his clients, over time, even if he is not successful the first, second, third, fourth time, he never gives up. If something comes up he is on contact immediately. I always feel like he is sincerely on my side and on his mind. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable as he probes for contact info of my bosses, colleagues and references, but I cannot blame him for that, it is part of why he is excellent at what he does.
