Zuy has been instrumental in several contracts now. I do have had feelers out with other agencies over the years and Zuy is the one who keeps coming through for me. We understand each other quite well by now and I have every confidence that he will represent my interests very well.
I got laid off about six months ago from my past company and came in touch with Vu as he had also placed few of my ex-colleagues in their new roles. Vu found me on LinkedIn and offered to help. Here i was in a difficult situation and someone out of nowhere offered to help and also informed me about how he understood the industry i worked in and how he can help me land back on my feet - which in itself was a great source of relief at that point.
Vu constantly brought roles he thought would fit my profile to my attention and based on a honest conversation helped present me for the roles where we both thought we could be a great fit and helped me pursue the oppurtunity in a manner so that we made the best of it.
Last week, He had two interviews lined up for me and with his great insights about what the client wanted, I was able to crack both of them and will be soon joining one of the roles that even offered to pay slightly higher than what we originally submitted for.
He is a great, knowledgeable and always there for you to help you the things you need to hear. I think he has been a great asset for me and I highly value him and recommend to anyone looking for better oppurtunities!

Vu was really great. He recognized that the job market was tough, and kept submitting me for roles until I found a job. With A.I. resume filter algorithms in place, it felt like a complete waste of time submitting hundreds and hundreds of applications only to get automated rejection emails. Currently, recruiters are the only way to go, and Vu did a great job. I'm very thankful for his support and connections in helping me to find a job.
