About Ryan Osborn:

It is a relief to be working with Ryan, since most of the people working in his field do not fully understand or speak English, do not read resumes (they rely on keywords), and basically collect resumes and dump them with the client. Ryan is the opposite - he searches carefully for an appropriate position and discusses it with the potential candidate. An offer is more likely to come from his process than from any other.

About Ryan Osborn:

Ryan took the time to call and get to know me, in todays world that seems like a rare thing. I really enjoyed the fact that he took this time, shows that he is looking to actually help me and not just earn a bonus for placing a person in a job.
