About Brenda Geisler:

I am a bit of a passive person, especially when it comes to job hunting. My first initial impression of Brenda was that she brings her whole self to work every day, she's very good at what she does, and she'd be a great recruiter for me to work with because she is a lot better at being assertive than I am, which is a great balance to have! Although we've only spoken a few times thus far, she's been a joy to talk with and I hope to continue working with her. Any jobhunter who is a bit lost on where to start and who could use a kind, dynamic recruiter to work with would be lucky to find Brenda!

It is a relief to be working with Ryan, since most of the people working in his field do not fully understand or speak English, do not read resumes (they rely on keywords), and basically collect resumes and dump them with the client. Ryan is the opposite - he searches carefully for an appropriate position and discusses it with the potential candidate. An offer is more likely to come from his process than from any other.
