As I have a gained a better understanding of a recruiters role in the hiring process, and now that I have had my first interview, I am very pleased with my experience with Mason. Mason has been great about ensuring that I am taking the correct steps at the right time. And even though applying for a job can be stressful, his enthusiasm and positivity are refreshing and motivating.
