About Ryan Osborn:

Ryan provided a clear concise description of the job requirements, asked precise questions pertaining to my expertise for the client. He was very considerate of my needs and made sure that I was ok with the prospect he was offering before going forward with approaching his account manager and the client. He also provided guidance on questions that I had and made it his responsibility to find those answers before my potential interview so that it wasn't a road block. Would recommend Ryan and Tricom any time.

I had a very positive experience working with Ryan throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process. He is professional, responsive, and transparent in his communication. From our first conversation, Ryan took the time to understand my background, career goals, and what I was looking for in my next role. His ability to clearly articulate the role's expectations and how my skills aligned with the opportunity made the conversation both productive and encouraging. What stood out most was his consistency and follow-through. He kept me updated at each stage and ensured I had the information I needed to move forward with confidence. His friendly yet professional demeanor made it easy to have open conversations, which I really appreciated. Overall, I truly appreciated Ryan’s support and the positive experience he provided. About Ryan Osborn:

I can't say enough about Ryan, especially in today's market. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan as an exceptional IT recruiter. Having had the pleasure of working with him, I can confidently say he is a true partner and an advocate for me. Ryan has genuine sincerity and integrity. Unlike many recruiters who simply match resumes to job descriptions, Ryan takes the time to understand people—what drives them, what excites them, and what will truly be the best fit for both the candidate and the company. His approach He is not just transactional; it is built on trust, respect, and long-term relationships. And to his manager—Ryan represents Tricom with excellence and is a fantastic ambassador for your team. Ryan - many thanks for the support and insight.
