About Brian Hodge:

I am looking for an opportunity to help keep organizations secure in the face of new risks and Brian contacted me about an opportunity that would allow me to do such. I had an initial interview with Brian and one of the things I appreciated the most was that Brian was sincere when telling me what I can and cannot bring to the organization instead of just saying, "we will get back to you" and not letting me know if I am a real candidate and I am being considered to the position. I've dealt with a number of recruiters and most of them already know right after the interview that I am or not a good fit for the position, yet they leave me wondering, "am I being considered, should I continue pursuing other opportunities?" Congratulations, Brian. I appreciate your honesty. Keep up the good work.

Brian was very clear as to what they are looking for and asked the questions that I would have expected for that type of work. I was very comfortable talking with him and look forward to our next discussion.

About Brian Hodge:

Brian worked with me for a couple of months during the COVID pandemic to find the best possible positions for someone with a very diverse skill set like myself. Despite no one really hiring engineers due to the pandemic Brian and his team were able to find multiple positions that would have been great fits for me, and his guidance through each interview process was invaluable.
