If I were to solidify a position in an organization, then my score would be higher. Ryan's ability to ask me questions that pertained to the specific qualifications and responsibilities of the role made the interview process more interesting and engaging. Regardless of not being moved to the next step in the interview process, I believe Ryan conducted due diligence to insure that I was the best candidate. The conversation concluded with promises of helping me find a new job, this showed true care.
