The score that I provided for the likely-hood of recommendation is based purely upon the end result of not being submitted for a job. If I were to solidify a position in an organization, then my score would be higher. Ryan's ability to ask me questions that pertained to the specific qualifications and responsibilities of the role made the interview process more interesting and engaging. Regardless of not being moved to the next step in the interview process, I believe Ryan conducted due diligence to insure that I was the best candidate. The conversation concluded with promises of helping me find a new job, this showed true care.
Talked with Ryan. Was told we were going to have another interview with Ryan's boss, but no follow ups have been given or explained as of this writing. Just left waiting as of now.
