Melissa is awesome!!!! I’m always amazed at how well she conducts business and the timeliness of her activities!!! I use the word “amazed” simply because of her age! I’ve encountered other recruiters and they may have had the years of experience but Melissa has the natural gift, which combined with her knowledge makes her the best of the best!!! Sandra reached out to me about a house supervisor role. As we were talking she stated that on paper it didn’t look like I had the right qualifications for the role. After talking to me she changed her mind, help me revise my profile, and then submitted me for the job. Many other agencies have stop with “you aren’t qualified” and let me go.
