Over the years, Marissa has been very consistent with her approach to find me job opportunities! Marissa is the true definition of what a recruiter should be. Very responsive, empathetic and knowledgeable of the healthcare industry. At this current moment I am sitting 2000 and 200 miles away from home. I get a text from Marissa stating that one of the job submitted did not go through because the company does not need another nurse. But she followed that up with. I do have another job that just came across my desk. Would you like for me to submit that for you? At the moment the recruiter that I’m dealing with have not responded in the last 72 hours again I am 2000 and 200 and some miles away from Memphis Tennessee. That’s not a recruiter. She has left me stranded in a hotel that I wouldn’t put a dog in. hopefully I get the chance to work with Marissa and or Nurses in the future. Marissa deserves every accolade that the company has, I’m hoping that her hard work and dedication to the company does not go unnoticed. I wish that she could train other recruiters and staff on how to be responsive, empathetic and knowledgeable about the craft that’s at hand again thank you for employing. Such a wonderful person.
