About Donna Dickson:

I know that whatever problem or question I have, all I have to do is call her. It doesn’t matter who I should’ve called at TNAA, she tells me what she knows or doesn’t know and then gets the person I would’ve called to reach out to me. And she never says “I gave you that last week”. Also, she KNOWS what I want in an assignment, and still verifies every time to make sure.
