From the vary first phone call with Jamye, she has always listened to me, what I'm looking for in a hospital, my wants and needs. She matches me up to exactly with what we talk about, nothing more and nothing less. She sets her job watch and is able to submit me quick, which is so important being we're always in different time zones. All the information about the hospital, expectations, hours, call, pay package etc, is given up front which, in my opinion has helped tremendously with the preparation for the interview process. No information is hidden, unlike other agencies I have spoke with.
A huge difference with Jamye is that I have never gone without a contract. If I don't extend the current contract I am working, she begins her searching process way in advance so I am never left without a new contract. I have worked with many other travel nurses from several different agencies where they end up having to return back to their hometown hospital because their recruiter never got them another contract.
Jamye's knowledge of each hospital, the immediate area and the surrounding areas is amazing! It's as though she has been to every site! In my 2 1/2 years with her, I have experienced some of the most beautiful places of which I would have never known about. I have gained so much experience through traveling to different places, adventuring around the areas, gained a lot of professional experience, and have met so many wonderful people which I continue to keep in touch with. I have to thank Jamye for all of this! She has made my travel nurse career a true amazing life experience.
