Darian is very personable and seemed to find that just right balance of sending me opportunities and not pushing me to accept the first offer that came along. My not 5 stars on the showed guidance was because I am not new to the travel world and didn’t really seek guidance. I wish I could explain there.
I had a great experience working with Russ, my travel nurse recruiter. From the start, he was responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right assignment—not just the quickest placement. He took the time to understand my preferences, from location and schedule to facility type, and consistently presented options that truly aligned with what I was looking for.
Communication really stood out throughout the process. Russ was easy to reach, quick to follow up, and kept me informed every step of the way. With Macey’s help as well, onboarding and compliance felt smooth and far less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were handled promptly and professionally.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and support. I never felt pressured to accept a contract, and he was upfront about pay packages, expectations, and potential challenges. That level of transparency built a lot of trust.
Overall, I’d highly recommend working with Russ if you’re a travel nurse looking for a recruiter who is reliable, communicative, and truly advocates for your needs.
I’m just going to start off the top by saying Olivia is amazing! I’ve been traveling for 5 years and from the very first conversation with Olivia I felt understood and comfortable. She was not pressuring and listened to my concerns, questions and needs with authenticity. I can tell she is down to earth and transparent and truly listens to what it is her travelers and seeking. I decided if I’m going to continue to travel, I want to work for an agency that is solid and a recruiter that is committed and really has the best interest in mind for their traveler. I want consistency and connection along with realness and open communication. Olivia so far has delivered those traits and I haven’t even taken a contract with her yet! I was really impressed with all his years of experience and how he always got back to me quickly. He offered me many jobs and I also had interviews which were successful. Even offered tips and suggestions which went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend him and his expertise and his sincere appreciation to help.
Suzanne has always been friendly and supportive. She has actually helped me avoid assignments I would not have liked, even though she would have probably been paid more if I had taken them. She pays attention to small but important details.
