I absolutely love recruiting by helping people find the job they want and deserve. I enjoy spending time getting to know the needs of my travelers and find assignments that will give them amazing opportunities. As an equestrian and dog trainer, I know that your pets are important to you, so I am familiar with places to board and ride as well as dog parks and tons of canine friendly hot spots. My ambition is to have a lovely ranch in the Pacific Northwest but never give up my Midwestern roots.

About Melinda McEwen:

Melinda has always had my best interest as her number one priority. She is knowledgeable when it comes to how hospitals work, and the needs of her nurses. She will go to battle for her nurses if needed. I can always trust that she will be honest with me and be an ear to listen when I need to talk about work or just life in general. I do not feel like a number with her. At times she may seem like she is being pulled in 1000 different directions, but when I truly need her time she somehow finds it and works her magic. I have done 2 assignments with her as my recruiter so far and know I will do more! Melinda is definitely a force and I am so blessed to have her behind me!
