I have found Dana to be prompt in returning messages and/or answering questions. Dana has done a phenomenal job making sure I have all the information needed. Dana has been great about explaining expectations which I find helpful as I have not traveled out of my home state. Dana is professional and polite in her representation of TNAA. I will certainly refer other nurses to TNAA and Dana.

I’ve been working with Dana for over 3 years now, and she has been so supportive the entire time. Anything going on in my life, she knows about it, and checks in on a regular basis. For instance, before my wedding she wished me well wishes. When I had a close friend and then a family member pass within the same couple of months, she was checking in to make sure I was okay. When a tornado hit my parents house, she was checking in afterwards to make sure they were okay. She cares about her travelers, and it means so much to me. I’d recommend her to anyone I knew without hesitation.
