I was assigned Dana as recruiter halfway through my current assignment. She has been phenomenal. She and I discussed what I wanted in my next assignment including where I wanted to travel next. She submitted me to a hospital in an area I had wanted to travel to to for quiet some time now. It was long shot due to the timing but I did get and accept the offer. Dana listened to me and answered my questions. She is a great communicator. I currently work nights and she is respectful of my time and always either text or email me asking when is a good time to call according to my schedule. I highly recommend Dana to other travel medical professionals. You can tell she really cares for her nurses
