Jayme is a wonderful recruiter. She is knowledgeable; if she doesn't know the answer, she states that and then finds out for me. She gets back to me promptly and listens when I tell her what I am looking for. She is a wonderful aid in dealing with other company members when they are not responding, she instigates communication with them to help me. I appreciate Jayme so much. I highly recommend Jayme to anyone who needs a great recruiter.

My encounter with Jamye has been a total transformation from my initial experience. I engaged in a conversation with Jamye, discussing my past encounter. She reassured me that if I granted her an opportunity, my experience would be entirely different. Taking a leap of faith, I decided to give her a chance, and I am immensely grateful that I did. Throughout the entire process, Jamye has been transparent and truthful. Occasionally, there are inherent personality disparities that cannot be resolved between a nurse and a recruiter. I am simply grateful for Jamye and the tremendous impact she has had on my life.

About Jamye Miller:

Jayme was my second attempt with TNAA. My original experience, I will admit was horrible. I had a recruiter that didn’t care one bit about me or what I was going through at the time. The reason I decided to even try TNAA again was because of their insurance. I knew that TNAA had the best insurance all around. When Jayme reached out to me, I knew from the start that she and I were a good fit and that my original experience was probably just a fluck. Jayme has reassured me and has definitely made me feel much better about my whole experience with TNAA.
