He took the time to understand my preferences, from location and schedule to facility type, and consistently presented options that truly aligned with what I was looking for. Communication really stood out throughout the process. Russ was easy to reach, quick to follow up, and kept me informed every step of the way. With Macey’s help as well, onboarding and compliance felt smooth and far less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were handled promptly and professionally. What I appreciated most was his honesty and support. I never felt pressured to accept a contract, and he was upfront about pay packages, expectations, and potential challenges. That level of transparency built a lot of trust. Overall, I’d highly recommend working with Russ if you’re a travel nurse looking for a recruiter who is reliable, communicative, and truly advocates for your needs.

Russ has been awesome! I'm in an assignment with a different company solely because they were offering the location I was looking for but I miss Russ. The experience hasn't been the same. I most appreciated how he would check in just to see that things were going alright with my contract.
